The LED strip is one red, green and blue diodes in order. This is NOT a RGB diode but 3 consecutive diodes that make the final light. The color is extremely accurate although you should have some space between the LED strip and the wall to see the color accurately. The remote comes without a battery and has it's colors mixed - red is green, green is red. Battery I used is a CR-2032.
